We are always happy to welcome new patients at Dr. Joy Miller’s dental office! Our goal is to make your first visit simple and comfortable. We want you to know that we respect and value your time.  All patients are seen by appointment which can be made by contacting our office by phone or email. The following attached file contains the forms we will need for your first visit. If you would fill these forms out prior to arriving, this will help us expedite your visit.  In the event you must cancel an appointment, we require 24 hours notice. We would be happy to assist with any questions you may have and look forward to meeting you!
